The Role

Lead end-to-end visual production. Capture cinematic footage, deliver polished edits, and maintain top-tier visual quality across campaigns. You will collaborate closely with creatives and strategists, guide visual direction, and help elevate our storytelling through world-class cinematography and editing.

What You Will Do


• Capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video and photographic content for campaigns, events, and social media


• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit promotional clips, skits, and short-form content that drive engagement


• Manage cinematography elements such as lighting, framing, sound, and visual composition


• Edit raw footage using industry-standard tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects)


• Maintain visual brand consistency across all multimedia outputs


• Collaborate with creators, designers, and marketing teams to integrate multimedia content into campaigns


• Organize, archive, and manage raw and edited files for easy retrieval


• Stay updated on trends in cinematography and digital content to continuously improve production quality

What You Bring


• 3–5+ years of cinematography and video editing experience


• Strong mastery of camera operations, lighting, and visual composition


• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools and post-production workflows


• Experience producing content for brands, agencies, or media-focused platforms


• Strong storytelling, creative direction, and attention to detail


• Good communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently


• A portfolio demonstrating past video, photography, and editing work

Nice to Have


• Motion graphics or animation skills


• Experience shooting with drones


• Sound design or color-grading expertise


• Knowledge of visual effects or advanced post-production techniques
