Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join the team at Fraser Suites, Abuja. As Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and oversee the smooth operation of the property when on duty with specific emphasis on guest services, safety and security. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork, standards, and guest experience.

What you will be doing as Front Office Supervisor: 

Oversee all guest service processes from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring the highest standards of satisfaction are met.Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and issues, demonstrating empathy at all times.Protect guest welfare and property, including conducting daily property inspections and ensuring safety protocols are followed.Accurately complete daily checklists, duty logs, and statistical reports on room revenue and occupancy.Collaborate effectively with all hotel departments, especially Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and F\&B outlets, to ensure smooth operations.Perform night auditing duties, including balancing and reporting on front desk and F\&B revenues, and generating daily financial summaries.Uphold company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure professional business conduct at all times.Lead, motivate, and train front office staff, including new hires and trainees, identifying and addressing training needs.Communicate daily objectives and activities to team members, ensuring effective interdepartmental communication.Proactively identify opportunities to innovate service delivery, ensure safe work practices, and embody the company's core values.
