Key Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and implement programs and projects
  • Monitor program activities to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Prepare program plans, budgets, and progress reports
  • Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and field teams to ensure program success
  • Track program outcomes and support impact evaluation
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and records
  • Support compliance with donor and organizational requirements
  • Identify challenges and recommend improvements to program delivery

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in program coordination, project management, or NGO operations
  • Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
