Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recovery Officer based in Port Harcourt. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing recovery processes and ensuring the timely collection of overdue debts. The role includes working with clients to negotiate repayment plans, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing data to monitor recovery progress. Regular interactions with customers to address concerns and ensure excellent service will also be a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven ability to build relationships with clients
• Experience in Debt Collection activities, including negotiation and conflict resolution
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge or education in Finance and related concepts
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use data management tools is an advantage
