Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Industry: Engine Oil / Lubricant Sales
Salary: 100,000
A reputable company in the engine oil and lubricants industry is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for engine oil and lubricant products.
- Manage relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, sales calls, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare timely reports.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales (experience in automotive, lubricant, or FMCG industry is an advantage).
- Good understanding of engine oil products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
