We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Controller to support the financial planning, strategy, and operational efficiency of the organization. This role involves managing financial reporting, cash flow positioning, risk mitigation, and compliance while ensuring effective financial control and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, contributing to business planning and decision-making by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow positioning, ensuring a clear understanding of funding sources and financial integrity.
  • Oversee financial obligations, reviewing and approving contracts related to procurement, assets, and financial commitments.
  • Drive the achievement of financial performance targets by implementing effective budgeting, forecasting, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage and optimize financial and tax strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Establish strong financial controls and governance frameworks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including banking institutions, regulatory authorities, and auditors, ensuring timely compliance with statutory obligations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in financial controlling.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management principles.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management, taxation, and financial compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.
