Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UX Content Writer. In this role, you will craft user-focused content for digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with core user experience principles. Your daily responsibilities include creating and refining UX copy, collaborating with UX designers and researchers, developing content strategies, and conducting related research to understand user needs. You will also focus on technical writing to ensure clarity and usability of content across platforms.

  • Proficiency in User Experience Writing and UX Research
  • Strong abilities in Content Strategy and Writing
  • Expertise in Technical Writing, ensuring clear and accessible content
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with user needs and business goals
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with an understanding of user behavior
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with design tools and UX frameworks is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, English, or a related field
  • Experience in educational services or international consultancy is advantageous
