Role Overview

The Creative Intern will support in executing creative ideas across Wragby's marketing, branding, and communications initiatives.

This role is designed to provide hands-on creative support, helping translate concepts into high-quality visual and digital assets while learning directly from an experienced creative leader. The intern will contribute to day-to-day creative execution while gaining exposure to brand strategy, campaign development, and creative best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Senior Creative Consultant, the Creative Intern will:

· Assist in designing visual assets for digital marketing, social media, campaigns, banners, and presentations

· Adapt creative concepts into platform-specific formats (LinkedIn, website, email, internal comms, etc.)

· Support in content creation for marketing and employer branding purposes

· Prepare design drafts, iterations, and refinements based on feedback

· Support creative execution for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches

· Assist with basic motion graphics, video edits, or visual enhancements (where applicable)

· Organize and manage creative assets, templates, and design files

· Support the development of reusable templates for internal and external use

· Learn creative best practices through direct mentorship from the Senior Creative Consultant

· Collaborate with marketing, product, HR and other business teams as required

· Participate in creative brainstorming and planning sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Basic skills in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Creative Media, Multimedia, or a related field

· Basic proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Capcut, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)

· Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail

· Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly

· Basic motion design or video editing skills

· Familiarity with social media content formats

· Interest in branding, digital marketing, and creative strategy
