  • Build strong knowledge of Nigeria's building materials market.

  • Leverage experience with top real estate project companies.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reporting.

  • Negotiate persuasively to secure deals.

  • Present product details effectively to project stakeholders.

  • Coordinate sales planning with internal teams.

  • Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.

  • Attend trade shows and visit project sites for business development.

  • Meet and exceed institutional sales targets.
