Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator role based in Lagos. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery, performing quality control checks, setting up milling equipment, and ensuring efficient machining processes. Daily responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, monitoring machinery operation for precision, and troubleshooting equipment as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling CNC machinery
  • Experience in Milling and Machining processes
  • Knowledge of Quality Control standards and practices
  • Familiarity with various types of industrial machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical blueprints
  • Ability to work in an on-site industrial environment
  • Relevant vocational training or certification in CNC machining is a plus
  • Experience in a manufacturing or research-based company is advantageous
