The goal is to amplify our brand presence, promote our offers, build community engagement, and generate leads that convert to sales.The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, a creative mind, a good camera presence, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life through visuals, videos, and words.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and generate creative content ideas aligned with Ehis Travels' goals and campaigns.Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).Write compelling captions, ad copies, and blog-style posts that drive engagement and conversions.Design attractive graphics using tools such as Canva (CorelDraw and/or Photoshop proficiency is a plus).Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) quickly and professionally.Confidently appear on camera to present, narrate, or feature in videos — both scripted and spontaneous.Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and visual identity across all content.Analyze post performance, audience engagement, and campaign metrics to optimize future content.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and tools relevant to the travel and tourism industry.Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting and response to audience interactions.Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent command of written and spoken English.Strong storytelling and communication skills.Proficiency in Canva; working knowledge of CorelDraw or Photoshop is an added advantage.Basic to intermediate video editing skills using mobile or desktop tools.Confident and presentable on camera with good body language and diction.Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and initiative.Ability to tailor content to deliver measurable engagement and lead-generation results.Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.Prior experience in a similar role or portfolio of creative work will be an advantage.
