Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant/Lounge Manager. The manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional dining and lounge experience. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage services, maintaining customer satisfaction, training and hiring staff, and developing efficient processes to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves handling customer service escalations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service management.
• Proficiency in Communication and staff Hiring processes.
• Experience in managing Food & Beverage operations, with knowledge of best practices.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the needs of a growing organization.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurant, lounge, or hospitality management is an advantage.
