ROLE SUMMARY
The role supports business development, and company sales process. Helping the sales team identify new clients, manage existing accounts, and keep clients satisfied after each project. It focuses on analyzing sales data, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. The role ensures that sales operations run efficiently, performance targets are met, and every client receives timely, professional support before and after a sale.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales analysis, sales, or business development support.
- Professional certification in Data Analysis, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent), or Project Management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1] Cross-Team Collaboration: Manning sales & customer touchpoints, bridging sales gaps, sales support systems, and operations to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
2] Marketing, Bids & Tender Management: Manage virtual sales activities (sales & marketing from newsletters, implement marketing plans along with field sales teams, increase virtual engagement, footprints and deals from activities, end to end management of bids & tenders, platforms and documentation.
4] Sales Data Analysis & Reporting: Sales planning, research analysis, sales operations, turning data into actionable insights, dashboards, and forecasts.
5] Compliance & Insight Communication: Aggressive account registration, client onboarding, ensuring contract/ SLA compliance, sales bid & tender management, sales platforms & job management, sales performance reports to management.
6] CRM/ERP & Backend Management: Maintaining accurate pipelines, sales orders, renewals, customer records, follow up, retention, digital sales & marketing activities.
7] Sales Events & Management: Increase sales event registration, conference, attendance and follow-up on active prospects
