Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Realtor. The Realtor will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and investors, promoting properties, managing sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Other day-to-day tasks include guiding clients through the buying and selling process, evaluating market trends, and maintaining a thorough understanding of real estate properties. The role requires a results-driven and customer-centric approach to ensure clients' satisfaction and successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License, demonstrating professional certification in the field
• Skills and experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong proficiency in Sales activities tailored to the real estate industry
• Excellent Customer Service skills to handle customer inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
• Familiarity with Nigerian property market trends and regulations is an advantage
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
