Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across all platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, building community, and generating leads through social media strategies aligned with our real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote property listings, services, and brand awareness.

  • Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, video) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.

  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely manner to build community and engagement.

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget, targeting, and reporting.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with the sales and property team to promote listings and offers.

  • Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and best practices for each platform.

  • Engage with real estate influencers and partner pages to increase reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 3+ years experience managing social media for a brand (real estate experience is a plus).

  • Proficient in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)

  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

  • Ability to create basic graphics and video content.

  • Knowledge of SEO, social media ads, and lead generation strategies.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
