Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include promoting travel packages, pursuing sales leads, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, providing guidance on travel options, and responding to customer inquiries. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, customer relations, and business development
  • Knowledge of travel management services such as flight bookings, holiday packages, visa processing, and hotel accommodations
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant travel booking software
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
