Role Description

This is a contract on-site role located in Benin City for a Waiter/Waitress/Receptionist/Front Office Guest Service Agent. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing guest inquiries and reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs at the front desk, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. The candidate will also be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the service area.

  • Food & Beverage and Food Service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or related field is advantageous
