Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Piping Engineer based in Port Harcourt. The Piping Engineer will be responsible for designing and evaluating piping systems, performing engineering calculations, and conducting stress analysis to ensure piping systems meet safety and performance standards. Additional tasks include collaborating with project teams, creating technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Piping Design, including system layout and technical documentation development
• Strong skills in Calculations and Stress Analysis for mechanical integrity and safety compliance
• Knowledge of Piping and Pipe materials and components
• Ability to analyze technical specifications and adhere to industry standards for piping systems
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in oilfield or energy sector projects is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
