Job roles:
- Manage front-desk activities including phone calls, visitor reception, and inquiries
- Assist with simple social media posting or basic online updates as directed.
- Schedule meetings, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain both paper and digital filing systems for correspondence and documents.
- Support customer inquiries and property information sharing through WhatsApp and CRM tools.
- Handle petty cash, vendor coordination, and office supply inventory.
Non-Negotiables
- Minimum qualification: OND (any discipline).
- 1 year of relevant office administrative experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
- Familiarity with real estate operations is an added advantage.
- Must reside within Osubi, Okpe, or nearby areas for easy commute.
