Location: Osubi / Okpe Axis, Delta State

Job roles:

  • Manage front-desk activities including phone calls, visitor reception, and inquiries
  • Assist with simple social media posting or basic online updates as directed.
  • Schedule meetings, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Maintain both paper and digital filing systems for correspondence and documents.
  • Support customer inquiries and property information sharing through WhatsApp and CRM tools.
  • Handle petty cash, vendor coordination, and office supply inventory.

Non-Negotiables

  • Minimum qualification: OND (any discipline).
  • 1 year of relevant office administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Highly organized, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
  • Familiarity with real estate operations is an added advantage.
  • Must reside within Osubi, Okpe, or nearby areas for easy commute.
