Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Customer Relationship Officer. The responsibilities include proactively managing relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves acting as a key point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to solve issues, and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and experience in building and maintaining professional client relationships.
  • Finance knowledge and ability to handle customer financial transactions where necessary.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs with professionalism and clarity.
  • Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
  • Prior experience working in customer-focused roles is an asset but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word/Excel.
