Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NYSC Intern with a background in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL SCIENCE course of Study to join our team. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, office administration, and professional communication within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in managing customer records, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Help track customer feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Maintain organized documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other correspondence as needed.
  • Support team events, office coordination, and other administrative functions.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BSC degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
