Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving Techmall's organizational efficiency and operational excellence. This position oversees daily business functions, optimizes workflows, manages resources, and ensures that all operational systems support Techmall's strategic objectives and growth plans. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, leadership capability, and hands-on execution to align people, processes, and technology for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized operational policies, processes, and performance frameworks.
- Oversee logistics, procurement, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Monitor and report on key operational KPIs to executive leadership.
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives across departments.
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company standards, and industry regulations.
- Supervise and mentor operations staff to foster accountability and professional growth.
- Manage resource allocation and departmental budgets effectively.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Business Development to align operational execution with corporate strategy.
- Participate in strategic planning and forecasting sessions.
- Support the onboarding of new systems, vendors, or tools to enhance business operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- OND/HND/BSc degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations or project management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and productivity tools (e.g., SAP, , Asana, or similar).
