Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Lekki. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company's growth. The Business Development Officer will analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development with a strong ability to identify, pursue, and close business opportunities
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities
  • Knowledge of Finance with an understanding of budgeting, proposals, and profitability analysis
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and address client needs effectively
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with excellent project management abilities
  • Prior experience in the Oil and Gas or safety equipment industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
