We're looking for an energetic and motivated
Technical Pre-Sales Associate
who's eager to grow in the cybersecurity industry. This role bridges the gap between sales and technical delivery — helping prospective clients understand our
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
and cybersecurity offerings.

You'll be responsible for supporting our channel partners, engaging prospects, scheduling demos, and following up through the sales cycle until deal closure. You don't have to be a deep technical expert — we'll train you — but you must have strong curiosity about cybersecurity and the ability to communicate value clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads for GRC and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Engage clients and partners to set up demos and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare demo environments or solution briefs.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups through completion.
  • Partner with resellers and distributors to drive joint sales activities.
  • Conduct basic discovery calls to understand client needs and map solutions.
  • Coordinate post-demo feedback and ensure smooth handoff to delivery/implementation.
  • Participate in sales enablement and cybersecurity product training.

Required:

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity, IT governance, or compliance technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — written and verbal.
  • Confident with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and online sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders alike.

Preferred:

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity or GRC concepts (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SaaS or B2B technology environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Any relevant certification (CompTIA Security+, ISC² CC, or similar) is a plus.
