Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to manage daily office operations, documentation, staff support, and logistics. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations, correspondence, and document management
Manage filing systems, records, and office supplies
Support HR, finance, and project teams with administrative tasks
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff travel logistics
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and internal communications
Track office expenses and support petty cash management
Ensure a clean, functional, and well-organized work environment
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining attendance records
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
2–5 years relevant experience as an Administrative Officer or Office Manager
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and time management
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or corporate environments is an added advantage
