Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to manage daily office operations, documentation, staff support, and logistics. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, correspondence, and document management

  • Manage filing systems, records, and office supplies

  • Support HR, finance, and project teams with administrative tasks

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff travel logistics

  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and internal communications

  • Track office expenses and support petty cash management

  • Ensure a clean, functional, and well-organized work environment

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams

  • Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining attendance records

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field

  • 2–5 years relevant experience as an Administrative Officer or Office Manager

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or corporate environments is an added advantage
