Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Talent Manager. The Talent Manager will manage recruitment and onboarding processes, scout and identify creative talent, and oversee talent engagement and development initiatives. They will collaborate with internal teams to align talent goals with company objectives and support the team through strategic planning and performance management to enhance their skills and contributions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
  • Skills in Talent Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Interpersonal skills
  • Strategic Planning and Strong Organizational abilities
  • An understanding of creative industries and brand strategy is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
