Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram specifically for B2B audiences.
  • Manage budgets and bids across campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Create compelling ad copy and creative assets in collaboration with the design team.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights and regular reports.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ad relevance.
  • Stay updated with digital advertising trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and development teams to align marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in running B2B ads on Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and conversions from paid campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using platforms like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
