Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Lagos. The role involves providing operational and administrative support to ensure effective communication strategies for clients. Key responsibilities include collaborating on event production, assisting with digital marketing initiatives, coordinating design and live streaming projects, and supporting team objectives. The Associate will work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

  • Event Production and Live Streaming skills: Experience in managing event logistics and executing live-streamed events.
  • Graphic Design and Digital Marketing expertise: Proficiency in design software and understanding marketing best practices.
  • Project Coordination and Communication skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate with clients and teams.
  • Organizational and Administrative abilities: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in an on-site team environment.
  • Familiarity with communication trends and tools: Adaptability to emerging technologies and platforms in the field of media and communication.
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields; prior work experience in a communication or event management role is an added advantage.
