Marketing & Operations Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, creative, and organized intern who can switch between digital marketing and ops/VA tasks. You'll help run social content and campaigns, design quick visuals, manage calendars/inbox, and keep projects moving in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok using Buffer and Metricool

Create assets (short posts, visuals, short-form videos) and support email newsletters

Design quick visuals in Canva/CapCut (or similar)

Research trends/hashtags/competitors and perform basic SEO/keyword research to identify trends and opportunities for new content or strategies.

Track engagement and build weekly performance reports

Coordinate with UGC creators, influencers, and partners for campaigns

Gathering and curating content, and helping to manage social media accounts by creating posts and engaging with followers.

Marketing Operations

Manage inbox, calendars, files, and basic documentation

Conduct research and data entry for outreach and partnerships

Support daily operations and special projects as needed

Skills and Qualification

Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and operations.

Strong communication and organization skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable with social platforms,
and basic content creation tools like
Canva, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)

Basic understanding of digital marketing/SEO/content

Detail-oriented, organised, a quick learner, and reliable in a remote setup

Nice to Have

Experience with Metricool, Buffer, HubSpot

Basic video editing or graphic design

Prior VA or marketing internship experience
