Job Position: Data Entry Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descrition

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, accurate, and proactive Data Entry Officer to join our operations team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and verifying company data across multiple systems, supporting decision-making and efficient workflow management.
  • This role requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any identified issues.
  • Support operations, logistics, and inventory departments by ensuring timely data updates.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Cross-check source documents for accuracy before data entry.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and client information.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google/Zoho Workspace tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent typing speed and data management skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a data entry or administrative support role is an advantage.
