We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will manage correspondence, schedule meetings, handle documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage emails, calls, and official correspondence


• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars


• Prepare reports, memos, and other documents


• Maintain filing systems and office records


• Support management with general administrative tasks

Requirements:


• Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Professional appearance and attitude
