Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Officer at Banex Industries Limited, located in Abuja. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal support, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, handling contracts, and offering legal advice. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, advising on business law matters, and managing legal disputes. The role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple legal tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Law and understanding foundational legal principles
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Contract Law and Legal Consulting
  • Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and understanding of key legal procedures
  • Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent) and membership or eligibility for relevant professional legal bodies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams
  • Prior experience in real estate or commercial law is a plus
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Must have a minimum of Second Class Upper in both LLB and BL.
