About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that strengthens our brand presence, engages our audience, and drives measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with company goals.


• Research audience needs, trends, and competitor activities to inform content direction.


• Oversee PR communications, press releases, and brand messaging


• Plan, create, and oversee production of content across all platforms (social media, blog, website, email, video scripts, etc.).


• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and objectives.


• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve visibility.


• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to execute campaigns.


• Track and analyze content performance, providing weekly/monthly reports.


• Optimize and repurpose existing content for higher engagement and reach.


• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communication channels.

Requirements


• Mid-Level: 3–5 years experience with proven analytics results as a Content Strategist.


• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.


• Good understanding of SEO, content planning, and social media algorithms.


• Ability to use Canva, basic design tools, and content scheduling platforms.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.


• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects.

Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)


• Graphic design or basic video editing skills.


• Experience running or supporting digital marketing campaigns.


• Familiarity with WordPress, Figma, or analytics tools.
