Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Salesperson based in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility for remote work. The Licensed Salesperson will be responsible for selling insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves understanding customer needs, generating leads, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and support.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and customer-centric sales approaches
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of insurance products and services, with knowledge of compliance requirements
• Proficiency in marketing techniques and client relationship management
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Competence in using digital tools and platforms related to sales and customer management
• Possession of a valid insurance license in Nigeria (or willingness to obtain one)
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
