Job Description – Social Media & Community Manager

We are looking for highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Community Managers to join our team.

If you are not extremely good at growing and managing social media accounts, please DO NOT apply.

You must understand social media beyond just posting—you must know how to use it strategically to drive real growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and Telegram
  • Grow our follower base organically using strong content, community engagement, and proven growth tactics
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging, on-brand content
  • Track analytics and report performance using tools like Instagram Insights or Meta Business Suite
  • Engage with the community (comments, DMs, mentions) and build a strong, loyal audience
  • Work with design and product teams to align content with product launches and campaigns
  • Stay updated with trends and creatively integrate them into content
  • Manage giveaways, collaborations, and UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns

Requirements

  • You MUST reside in Lagos to apply
  • Proven experience in growing social media pages (brand or personal) — include handles, screenshots, or measurable results
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, trends, virality, and audience behaviour
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, stay consistent, and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills

  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, or video editing tools
  • Experience running Meta Ads or TikTok Ads
  • Experience managing influencer collaborations
