Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations and Regulatory Compliance Analyst based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, analyzing operational processes to enhance efficiency and adherence, and providing detailed reports on compliance matters. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining industry awareness for regulatory updates, and supporting the finance, internal audit, internal control, ERM and other teams in operational alignment with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and identify trends
  • Strong Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with teams and stakeholders
  • Foundational knowledge or experience in Capital market or asset management industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certified Professional memberehip such as I CAN, ACCA, DCP etc
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in operations or compliance roles within financial services or investment companies is a plus
