Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a social media manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers and promote our brand.
  • Create and schedule posts for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage social media ads, including creation, targeting, and optimization, to drive campaign goals and maximize return on investment.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, customer service, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in e-commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with content creation and curation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
