The role requires initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office communication, emails, and documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Support team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth workflow.
- Occasionally assist in coordinating marketing or content-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic office software.
- Must reside in Abraham Adesanya / Ajah / nearby areas.
- Available for immediate start.
