Position Overview

The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of business operations — from production and marketing to sales, partnerships, and finance.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, target-driven, and hands-on, capable of delivering tangible growth and profitability within the first three (3) months of engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate operations across all 5 business segments.

Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies that increase visibility, sales, and revenue.

Establish performance metrics and ensure efficient workflow across departments.

Drive partnership development with brands, artists, investors, and distributors in music, film, and media.

Oversee marketing, sales, and content production to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting with strong accountability.

Build, train, and motivate high-performing creative and administrative teams.

Ensure operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Represent AUSO ENTERTAINMENTS in strategic meetings, media interviews, and industry partnerships.

Expected Outcomes (First 3 Months)

Achieve measurable revenue growth and operational profitability.

Increase studio bookings, client acquisition, and project turnaround speed.

Secure new business partnerships, sponsorships, and distribution deals.

Improve brand visibility and audience engagement across digital platforms.

Establish internal systems and KPIs for continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Media/Entertainment Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 5–7 years experience in a leadership or managerial role within the entertainment, media, or creative industry.

Strong understanding of film, music, and media production processes.

Proven success in revenue growth, brand expansion, or operational leadership.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute under pressure and deliver results.
