Mattoris Supermart (Osapa Branch) is seeking a skilled and passionate Experienced Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in a commercial bakery or supermarket environment, with the ability to produce high-quality baked goods consistently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and confectioneries
• Ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and baking procedures accurately
• Monitor baking supplies and report stock levels for replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation within the bakery section
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Work closely with other bakery staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in developing new product ideas and improving current offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a baker in a supermarket or commercial bakery
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices
• Ability to work early morning shifts and meet daily production targets
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
