Role Description

This is a role located in Ikeja, Lagos for Slot Attendants who will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves handling customer complaints and feedback, promoting sales, and attending training sessions to stay updated with company policies and services.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Ideal candidate must live within and around Ikeja.
  • Experience as a waiter or waitress in a casino, sports betting shop, bar, club, restaurant, or hotel is added advantage. Good customer service skills
  • SSCE. Additional qualifications will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with POS terminals
  • Good cash handling and record keeping skills
  • Great Appearance (You might be required to send in a recent picture)
  • Good Communication skills
  • Sales skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
