Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales staff, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, maintaining relationships with key clients, and overseeing the sales team's performance. Additionally, the Sales Manager will prepare and present sales reports, implement sales plans, and collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, sales strategy development, and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the use of CRM software and sales performance tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the global market or international sales is a plus
  • Must have at least a BSc
