Role Summary: Sproutly is seeking a data -driven professional to lead its education and impact analytics. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll drive data initiatives that inform key product and policy decisions across our education financing programs. You will design systems that help us understand the economics of schools, education access, and student progress in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities:Lead data collection and analysis on education costs in public and private schoolsBuild a database of private schools categorized by type, location, and registration statusAnalyze and visualize data on learning outcomes, school trends, and family education financingOversee periodic "State of Education" reporting initiativesSupport our student loan program by analyzing borrower segments and repayment patternsMentor junior data team members and manage workflows Requirements3–6 years of data analytics experienceStrong skills in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)Experience with survey design, field data collection, or impact analysis preferredExperience in education, financial inclusion, or development sectors is a strong plus
