Role Description

This is not a maintenance role; it's an opportunity for a visionary CTO to become a true co-founder and partner and lead the entire technical strategy at Ficore Labs You will transform our proven platform into a market-leading, mobile-first solution that directly addresses the unique needs of a low-literacy, informal business environment. This is a full-time role, and the CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy, managing software development teams, leading IT projects, and ensuring the integration of new technologies. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to align technology goals with business objectives and driving product development initiatives. The position is based hybrid, largely remote.

You'll inherit a recently completed MVP mobile application with core modules and a fully functional web application embodying core features.

Your Key Responsibilities & Impact:

: Architect and scale our mobile platform, transforming the MVP into a powerful, intuitive market-leader with a "Mobile-First & Lightweight" philosophy.

: Push the boundaries of financial tech by innovating and scaling heavy features in light way with embedded Gamified Experience.

Leadership
: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team from the ground up, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Strategy
: Discuss with management and design the entire technical roadmap, infrastructure, and execution strategy to support rapid user expansion.

Qualifications
