We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Estate Data Rider who can confidently ride a bicycle to join our growing team. This role involves conducting fieldwork to gather essential information that will drive our upcoming projects. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits across designated areas to collect valuable data using provided tools and guidelines.
  • Ensure all collected information is accurate, organized, and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
  • Use mobile devices or other equipment to record and upload data efficiently.
  • Assist in verifying and updating records as needed to support project development.

Requirements and Skills:

  • No degree or experience is required for this role but you must be able to ride a bicycle
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in diverse locations.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and submit data accurately.
  • Proficiency with mobile data collection tools or willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of GPS or mapping tools is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.
  • Ability to travel within Lagos Island and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • Residency on Lagos Island, preferably with familiarity with various neighborhoods, is highly desirable.
