Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Management Specialist, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems and processes. The role includes conducting performance appraisals, developing strategies to optimize employee performance, analyzing key performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Collaboration with various departments to develop and oversee performance improvement programs will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Performance Management and Performance Appraisal processes
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively
  • Experience in Program Management, including developing and managing organizational programs
  • Knowledge of Finance related to performance metrics and cost analysis
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in HR or Performance Management (e.g.,CIPM , SHRM-CP, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent) are an advantage
  • Experience within multi-disciplinary teams and diverse professional environments
