Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Officer, based in Kano. The Logistics Officer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics, ensuring efficient supply chain management, managing inventory, and coordinating warehouse operations. The role also involves administrative tasks related to logistics and transport, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency in Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations
  • Strong skills in Administration and organizational management
  • Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in the use of logistics software and tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in agricultural commodities or export processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
