Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing property sales for Adron Homes and Properties Ltd. The role requires active marketing, relationship building, prospect conversion, and consistent achievement of sales targets to support the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell real estate products developed by Adron Homes.
Identify potential clients through field marketing, networking, referrals, online channels, and cold calling.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Maintain an updated database of clients and sales records.
Conduct product presentations and property tours for interested clients.
Engage clients professionally, providing accurate information on available properties, pricing, and payment plans.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and submit to the Business Manager.
Monitor market competition and provide feedback on trends to support strategy development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat sales and referrals.
Participate in promotional activities, marketing events, and exhibitions organized by the company.
Uphold the brand image and ensure excellent customer experience before, during, and after sales.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or relevant fields.
MUST RESIDE WITHIN ,LEKKI, IKATE,JAKANDE,AJAH,SANGOTEDO,ONIRU, VICTORIA ISLAND,SURULERE,CMS, BROADSTREET,AGUNGI
1–3 years sales experience (real estate or FMCG sales experience is an advantage).
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Good presentation and social selling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
Self-driven, energetic, resilient, and result-oriented.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
