Role Description

As a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing and CRM strategies that enhance the brand's online presence, deepen customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and customer experience teams to deliver impactful campaigns across digital channels including email, automation, social media, search, and paid media, ensuring all initiatives are data-driven, customer-centric, and aligned with business goals.:

Key Responsibilities

1.  Digital Marketing Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to design and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth, customer engagement, and innovation in the digital space.
  • Develop detailed campaign roadmaps, including audience segmentation, content calendars, channel mix, and performance metrics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives are customer-centric, data-driven, and reflective of the brand's identity and tone

Digital Advertising, Promotion, & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), display networks, and influencer/affiliate partnerships.
  • Strategically allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and conversion rates.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve campaign efficiency
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to develop compelling creatives, targeted messaging, and optimized landing pages that drive engagement and sales..

3. Data Analysis, Reporting & Optimization

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, ESP analytics, CRM dashboards) to monitor campaign performance and user behavior.
  • Generate regular reports on KPIs such as website traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, lead generation, and return on ad spending.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership, highlighting successes, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead continuous testing and optimization (A/B testing, audience targeting, creative variations) to improve digital campaign effectiveness.

4. CRM, Email Marketing & Automation

  • Own the end-to-end CRM and email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, workflow design, and campaign execution.
  • Create, manage, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome flows, retention journeys, re-engagement, post-purchase, win-back, loyalty).
  • Work with the content and design teams to produce engaging email templates and personalized messaging.
  • Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance with data-privacy regulations
  • Monitor and improve email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to build dynamic, behavior-triggered campaigns that nurture and convert customers.

  • Digital Presence, Collaboration & Innovation

  • Manage and strengthen the brand's digital presence across owned, earned, and paid media channels.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams' product, sales, customer experience, creative, and e-commerce to align digital initiatives with business priorities.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing, CRM, automation, and trends, proposing innovative ideas for competitive advantage.
  • Where necessary, manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective execution.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Professional certifications and email/CRM platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar are an added advantage.
  3. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and audience segmentation technique
  4. Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or luxury fashion.
  5. Demonstrated track record in planning and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, display, and paid ads).
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  7. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and content management systems
