  • The Branding Manager will own the company's brand strategy and execution across all service lines — international logistics, local logistics, e-commerce fulfillment and food delivery logistics.
  • This role builds a cohesive brand identity and voice that drives merchant trust, customer preference and commercial growth.
  • The Branding Manager translates operational strengths (speed, reliability, merchant enablement) into compelling positioning, creative campaigns, and consistent experiences across digital, physical and partner touch points.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the 12–24 month brand strategy and positioning aligned to commercial goals for international logistics, local logistics, e-commerce and food delivery (delivery-only).
  • Define and maintain brand architecture, tone of voice, visual identity and brand guidelines; ensure consistent application across all touch points (digital, merchant materials, vehicles, rider kit, packaging, POS).
    Produce and manage integrated brand campaigns (awareness consideration- preference) with measurable objectives — creative brief, production oversight, channel planning and post-campaign analysis.
  • Create merchant-facing assets and playbooks (on-boarding decks, POS materials, merchant emails, packaging & rider hand off guides) to support merchant acquisition & retention.
  • Own content strategy and editorial calendar for website, social, email, marketplace storefronts and offline collateral; coordinate with Growth for campaign amplification.
  • Manage PR, media relations and reputation (including crisis comms playbook) and support key announcements (partnerships, new lanes, service launches).
  • Oversee employer branding and internal communications in partnership with People/HR to attract front line talent (riders, warehouse staff) and operational leaders.
  • Operationalize brand governance: campaign approval flows, creative compliance checks, and regular brand audits across operations sites and digital channels.
  • Translate customer & merchant insights (surveys, social listening, support escalations) into messaging and creative optimizations.
  • Manage brand budget, external agencies and creative vendors; ensure quality, timeliness and cost control.
  • Measure brand health and campaign performance; set KPIs, track metrics (brand lift, SOV, CSAT uplift), and report to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Head of Operations to surface operational wins into brand narratives (on-time performance, cold-chain safety, international lane reliability).

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand/marketing roles with hands-on ownership of brand strategy and campaign execution (digital + offline).
  • Demonstrable experience building or scaling brands in consumer-facing platforms — preferably e-commerce, logistics, marketplaces or food delivery.
  • Strong creative judgement and track record of successful campaign delivery (portfolio/case studies required).
  • Good understanding of merchant ecosystems and ability to translate operational capability into merchant/customer-facing assets.
  • Data-literate: able to set brand KPIs, interpret analytics (web & social), and measure campaign outcomes.
  • Experience in Nigerian / West African markets and cultural insights.
  • Experience with performance-marketing collaboration, CRM and marketplace storefront branding.
  • PR / agency network and crisis communications experience.
  • Professional marketing certification (CIM, IPA or equivalent) is a plus.

Salary

N800,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
